In 2005, Jessica Hamilton embarked on an extraordinary journey with her family, co-founding U.S. Adjusting Services. Together, they transformed their entrepreneurial vision into a thriving multi-million-dollar enterprise. With unwavering determination and a dedicated team, the company achieved national recognition, earning a coveted spot on the "Inc. 5000" list. In 2019, they ranked an impressive 1504 out of 5000 companies, solidifying their position as one of the leading women-owned businesses in the U.S.

 

With a career spanning over 25 years, Jessica has extensive experience in Business Development, with a specialization in Sales and Marketing, particularly emphasizing Relationship Building. In 2020, she and her family joined Eberl Claim Services through a successful acquisition. Jessica currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Eberl Claim Services, where she contributes to the company's growth by collaborating with Sales and Marketing experts, nurturing client and adjuster relationships, and optimizing revenue. She also works alongside business unit leaders and senior management to enhance the Eberl brand's presence within the organization.

 

Jessica's unwavering commitment to lifelong learning is manifest in her educational journey. She began her educational path at Richland College and continued to reach for excellence by enrolling in the Harvard School of Business CLIMB program.

 

Jessica lives by the 3 G's – Grit, Grace, and God. This philosophy is the bedrock of her resilient approach to life, embodying unwavering determination, boundless compassion, and unwavering faith.  Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hiking, Pilates, and HIIT workouts. She's passionate about fine dining, and wine, and has diverse cultural interests, including Broadway Musicals, travel, and learning from new adventures.  Jessica also delights in hosting dress-up theme parties and attending events, finding inspiration from influential speakers and authors like Angela Duckworth, Tony Robbins, Tim Ferris, and more.
